Back from Florida

Hi Everyone,

I am back from my road trip to visit my DD in Florida. We had a great time. My drive down went real well. I did it stright through. I left in the morning around 6 am and arrived around 10:30/11:00.

I stayed in a little cottage at the RV Park. It was real nice and about 10 minutes from
my DD. We made use of the pool in the morning and then went on with our day.
I love the weather there, every day was sunny and nice.

We did lots of shopping to get ready for baby and worked around the house, changing
things up. They have the crib set up and did a baby bump photo shot. I thing I have some nice pictures coming.  Pretty!!

Etsy Store

Been awhile!!

I have been working on opening an Etsy store. I have lots of knitted and quilted items
for sale. I will be listing them within the next couple of weeks. Stay tuned...........

I am leaving in the morning to visit my DD in Florida. Can't wait! We talk all the time and I have been knitting for the baby that is coming in December.
Want to do some shopping and help her with getting the house ready.

Hope to be back to my blog more often.

Virginia weather

Hi,

Its been awhile since I posted anything. I seem to have gotten involved with Facebook and just don't post much anymore. I do read my reading list. Here are some pictures from my yard. Not much compared to the rest of Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland and DC. I thank God thet we were spared.
I was never so scared as I was Friday evening. It came upon us so sudden. Lost power, phone, internet and now gas is hard to come by.
